Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made via our official website, email, or by contacting the hotel directly.
- Flexible Rate Bookings: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made
after this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
- Group Bookings & Long Stays: Special cancellation policies apply, which will be communicated
at the time of booking.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- Transaction fees or bank charges (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
- The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a
no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
4. Early Check-Out Policy
Guests checking out before their scheduled departure date may be subject to early departure fees, depending on
the booking terms.
5. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Reservation modifications, including date changes, are subject to availability and may incur additional
charges.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies, the hotel
may provide rescheduling options instead of refunds.
